put it between %26lt;center%26gt; %26lt;/center%26gt; if you want it to be centered.

log into your home page and press CTRL+(o) and hit shift 2 times before copying the picture you are trying to code into your page.

Yeah, use the image code %26lt;img src="INSERT IMAGE LINK HERE"%26lt;/img%26gt;

And if that doesn't make sense to you, basically the picture has to be online somewhere... you can upload them to sites like photobucket.com, then when you're viewing the picture, right click it and go to 'properties'. There should be something in the box that gives it's address, usually ending in .jpg or .gif, so copy that and insert it into the above code.

One cool thing I do sometimes, is if you want to use a picture as a link to some other website, use this code [%26lt;a href="URL OF SITE" target="_blank"%26gt;%26lt;img src="IMAGE LINK HERE"%26lt;/img%26gt;Name of site%26lt;/a%26gt;]
