MySpace help on hiding blogs and "extendend network" HTML code?

hello, i really need a code that hides the extended network and blogs, that don't make the page get pushed down. i had the code on my old myspace, but i don't anymore. and all the other codes i've found online still have my stuff pushed down.

After removing the extended network and blog, use this script to move the about me section up. You can change (-140) to whatever you want. Copy the code below and paste in About me section.
